Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act Grant Deadline Nov. 30th

The U.S. Neotropical Migratory Bird Conservation Act established an annual, competitive grants program to support projects that promote the conservation of neotropical migratory birds and their habitats in the United States, Canada, Latin America or the Caribbean. Proposals for the next grant cycle (2012) are due no later than 30 November 2011. More information and application instructions are available at http://www.fws.gov/birdhabitat/Grants/NMBCA/index.shtm.

Note that this year, there is a pilot grant program to focus on a select list of species.  Check the details here to see if your project might be eligible!  If you are looking for partners,  check out this list for potentials who work in North Carolina.  If you are successful, don't forget to let me know so I can add your project to our growing list.
