The Neighborhood Nestwatch project is looking to hire 2-3 positions to help administer their program in Washington, DC and Atlanta, GA. The citizen science project aims to collect data on productivity and survivorship of common backyard species. The positions will visit participant's houses, collect vegetation data, perform or assist with a banding session, survey for active nests, and educate homeowners as to their responsibilities to participate in the study. You can read more about the project at the link above.
